It all started when three Italian brothers wanted to bring an all natural & premium ice cream to the Twin Cities since before that was even really a thing. So for over thirty years, Sebastian Joe’s has been hand crafting, small batches of fresh ice cream every day in South Minneapolis.


The ritual of really good coffee is vital to well being and nothing on earth pairs better with supreme ice cream. We hand roast a small, 16 lb. batch each week at our family-run scoop shop in the Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis.


From popovers, to dessert bars, to chocolate filled croissants, the treats we bake are crafted from recipes handed down through generations. It took us years to perfect, but our biscotti is now a replica of our Italian Grandmother’s.
